Registration and Participation

Payment Terms

Cancellation and Refunds
Participants may cancel registration under the following terms:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before programme start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before start: No refund
- After programme has commenced: No refund for remaining sessions
We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants receive a full refund or option to transfer to another programme.
Participant Conduct
Programme participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and other participants with respect
- Attend scheduled sessions or notify us of absences
- Not disrupt sessions or interfere with others' learning
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information shared during sessions
We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct expectations, without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and materials provided during programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, and educational materials, are owned by Peak Cascade or licensed to us. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Participants may use programme materials for personal educational purposes only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of materials without written permission is prohibited.
